Standard property management services include coordinating turnover services (maintenance/cleaning), advertising and showing the property, tenant screening, leasing, collection of rents, managing ongoing maintenance and continued tenant communications through the duration of tenancy. Owners can be involved in decisions as per their individual preferences, but have the ability to enjoy a less active role in being a landlord.

We use the California Apartment Association leases combined with their e-signing system which streamlines the move-in process.

Owners receive monthly statements showing income and expenses, and rent proceeds are remitted to owners once rent funds have cleared.
